1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the sbj88 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the sbj88 website, mobile version, or any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

sbj88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on the website will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any delay or failure by us to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must register under your own name using accurate information.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• Multiple accounts may not be opened from the same device, IP address, or by multiple members of the same household using the same payment method.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with any third party. 3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

sbj88 follows a strict age verification policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and participate in gaming activities on this platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

If a member registers using false information and it is later proven that they were under 21 years of age, sbj88 reserves the right to immediately close that account and cancel all deposited funds and bonuses. Any winnings earned through that account will also be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at sbj88 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can only be made through the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service authorised by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Only payment methods registered in the member's own name are accepted. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is not yet complete or if additional security checks are required.

Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. If a withdrawal request contains an error or a verification discrepancy is found, sbj88 reserves the right to put it on hold or reject it. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met, the related amount will not be withdrawable.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,500 will be added, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000, the bonus will be ৳5,000 due to the maximum limit, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A member may take advantage of a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out or combined with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, sbj88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details, and expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Withdrawal from a bonus balance is only possible once the full wagering requirement has been met.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

sbj88 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games available on the platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely impartial.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to a disconnection or technical fault, sbj88 will review the technical logs and make a fair decision. In such cases, sbj88's decision will be considered final.

7 VIP & Rewards Program

sbj88 operates a three-tier VIP program for regular members. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tier progression is based on your gaming activity. Consistent regular participation is required to move to a higher tier. VIP tiers and cashback amounts may be changed at any time at sbj88's discretion, and updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

The cashback benefit applies only to members who comply with sbj88's promotion policies. If a member breaches the terms, their VIP benefits may be cancelled.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 sbj88's Rights

sbj88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Opening an account while being a minor.
• Being involved in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Intentionally breaching bonus terms.
• Behaving in an abusive manner toward other members or staff of the platform.

8.2 Member's Rights
